We’ll bring your creation to life with a CAD design, which you can then amend and adjust to meet your vision. Once you’re 100% happy, the Diamonds Factory team will handcraft and deliver your completely bespoke jewellery piece.

Returns Information
To help you shop with confidence this season, we’ve extended our usual limit for returns. Any purchases made online or in-store between 25th November and 24th December 2024 can be returned up until 1st February 2025. All returns must be unworn and sent back in immaculate condition.
